Playing fair

• One account per person. No bots, scripts or exploits to boost scores or coins.
• No offensive, hateful or impersonating names, club names or chat messages.
• We can rename, reset or remove accounts and clubs that break these rules.

Coins, items and crates

Coins, crates, spirits and other items are virtual and only for use in Hunch. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred. Coins can only be earned by playing. Crate odds are shown before you open one.

Premium pass

The premium pass is a one-time purchase for the current season. It unlocks the premium reward track and extra features and gives no advantage on leaderboards. Because it's digital content you get immediately, it isn't refundable, except where the law says otherwise or if something on our side stops it from working.

Guest accounts

Guest progress lives in your browser. If you clear it or switch devices without creating an account, it may be lost.

The service

We work hard to keep Hunch running and fair, but it's provided as is. Games, scoring and rewards may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses.

Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.
